Aliases: ruleschannel, setrules
You would use the setruleschanel (or the aliases) to set the channel where the rules for your server can be found. This is used for the verification system so users must agree to your rules before becoming verified.
Usage: [prefix]setruleschannel #channelAs always, you can use an alias in place of the command name.
